For those who have completed the Maryland Wear and Carry class, the next step in firearm training is defensive handgun. This advanced program covers skills such as engaging multiple targets, shooting while moving, using barriers, shooting from a downed position, and drawing from concealment.

About the event
During this class you will
- Shoot multiple targets
- Access targets to distinguish between threat and non threat
- Draw from concealment
- Reload dry
- Reload hot
- Shoot while moving
- Shoot from a grounded position
- Shoot one handed
- Shoot with none dominant hand
- Shoot around barriers
- Access tar
- 3.5 hrs on the range
- Be prepared to shoot 300-400 rounds
